Dinner idea: Shrimp in Red Sauce

Hi Reader!

There's a good reason I make Shrimp in Red Sauce over and over again. It takes less than 30 minutes to pull together. Plus, it's always a hit with my family. I mean, who doesn't love a good homemade tomato sauce, right? Serve it over rice or quinoa, or toss it with cooked pasta.

While the sauce simmers, take a few minutes to prep an easy side.

  1. Shredded Brussels Sprouts Salad - Tossed with apples and toasted almonds. Tastes like fall!
  2. Oven Roasted Zucchini - Golden, tender and delicious.
  3. How to Steam Broccoli - Toss with olive oil and lemon zest or fresh herbs.
