5 *Cozy Dinner Recipes* for the Week

Hi Reader!

The focus may be "all thing Halloween" this week (see a few fun recipes at the bottom), but dinner still needs to get on the table. This is my favorite time of year to cook (and eat!). There's something so satisfying about digging into a comforting meal. Here are a few recipes I've been making lately...

  1. Pesto Turkey Tortellini Soup - 30-minute meal! One of my family's favorites.
  2. The Best Ground Turkey Lasagna - Reader review: "I made this for a potluck and everyone went back for seconds. The sauce is so good that I want to make it for other types of pasta." ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  3. Parmesan Spaghetti Squash with Chicken - This recipe turned my son into a spaghetti squash fan!
  4. Light Salmon Potato Chowder - Creamy and delicious, but lighter than standard chowders.
  5. Sweet Potato Bison Shepherd's Pie - Reader review: "This recipe was a GREAT find! We eat bison fairly regularly in place of ground beef and we love sweet potatoes, so this was the perfect recipe to add to our regular dinner menus."
